Digital Product Policy
All of our products are digital downloads. Once a purchase is completed and the files have been delivered, the sale is considered final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a template has been downloaded or accesed.
Why No Refunds?
Digital products such as HTML templates cannot be returned. Once downloaded, they are considered “used.” We trust that you understand that this policy is in place to protect our content and ensure fair usage.

To ensure you are fully informed before purchasing:

Exceptions
We may consider a refund under the following rare circumstance: You were charged more than once for the same product.
